Bethel Reformed Church Leadership

In the Reformed Church in America, leadership is centered around the Consistory, which consists of the offices of Pastor, Elder and Deacon. The Consistory is responsible for the overall orderly operation of the local church. The focal part of that operation is to encourage & empower each person in the body of Christ to discover and express their gifts, and to be set free to serve Jesus.

Scott Van Ravenswaay

Pastor

Pastor Scott began serving at Bethel in 2019. He holds a MDiv from Western

Theological Seminary and is dedicated to walking alongside people wherever

they’re at in life. He and his wife Becca live near the church with their

son. When he isn’t at the church you can usually find him near a campfire

with his head in a book or cutting and splitting logs for more campfires.
